High Efficient Industrial Plastic Granulator For PE PP Film Recycling
Product Description
Granulators are primarily used to enable scrap and waste plastic products to be reused for production. The idea is that any scrap or reject sprues/products are fed back in to the granulator and reduced in to plastic granules (usually around 6-10mm) in size. These plastic granules can be manually or automatically transferred in to storage boxes/bags and can be reintroduced by proportional mixing with virgin material to start the production again. This is commonly known as “closed loop recycling” reducing the amount of waste being produced.
These size reduction granulators and grinders are packed with impressive options such as compressed air cleaning for the bearing housing and water-cooled cutting chamber. Small beside the press granulators through to large central granulators - with blower evacuation systems.
